退貨及退款政策

本店接受合資格商品於收貨後 14 日內提出退貨申請。即影即有菲林、相紙及其他攝影菲林不設退貨或換貨。

一般退貨條件

• 客人須於收貨後 14 日內聯絡我們提出申請。
• 非瑕疵退貨的商品必須未經使用、保持收貨時的原狀，並附有完整原裝包裝、標籤、配件、說明書、贈品及收據或購買證明。
• 所有退貨必須事先獲得 MEGMA INNOVATION 批准；未經批准而寄回的商品恕不接受。

菲林例外

所有即影即有菲林、相紙及其他攝影菲林均不設退貨或換貨。

相機瑕疵換貨及保養

原裝行貨相機如於收貨後 7 日內發現非人為製造瑕疵，經本公司檢查確認，並連同完整原裝包裝、配件及購買證明，可安排同款一換一（視乎存貨情況）。人為損壞、碰撞、入水、錯誤使用及正常耗損不包括在內。

原裝行貨相機提供一年保養，並按代理商或原廠保養條款處理。一年保養並不代表退貨期限獲延長。

退貨運費

非瑕疵退貨（例如改變主意或選錯款式）的退貨運費由客人承擔，原有送貨費亦不獲退還。如商品有瑕疵、運送損壞或收到錯誤商品，請先聯絡我們，由本公司通知後續安排。

退款

我們收到並檢查退貨後，會通知退款是否獲批。獲批的退款將於 10 個工作天內退回原付款方式；銀行或信用卡公司可能需要額外時間處理。如退款獲批後超過 15 個工作天仍未收到款項，請聯絡 info@megmahk.com。

申請退貨

請先電郵 info@megmahk.com，並提供訂單號碼、退貨原因及相關照片。獲批後，請按指示將商品寄往：

Returns and Refund Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Instant film, photo film and instant photo paper are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged.

General return conditions

• Please contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a return.
• For non-defective returns, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, gifts and proof of purchase.
• All returns require prior approval from MEGMA INNOVATION. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Film exception

All instant film, instant photo paper and other photographic film are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Defective camera exchange and warranty

If an official-distribution camera has a non-user-caused manufacturing defect within 7 days after delivery, it may be exchanged for the same model after inspection, subject to stock availability. The complete original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase are required. Accidental damage, impact, water damage, misuse and normal wear are excluded.

Official-distribution cameras include a one-year warranty, subject to the distributor's or manufacturer's warranty terms. The warranty does not extend the 14-day return period.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns, including change-of-mind or incorrect-model returns. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. For defective, transit-damaged or incorrect items, please contact us first for instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact info@megmahk.com.

Email info@megmahk.com with your order number, reason for return and relevant photos. After approval, send the item according to our instructions to:
